We honor the Colorado Universal Opt-Out Mechanism (UOOM) as required by 4 CCR 904-3, Rule 5. If your browser or device sends a UOOM signal (such as Global Privacy Control), we treat it as a valid opt-out of targeted advertising and data sale: ad cookies stay off, the banner does not offer to turn them on, and your ad click id is not used for ad measurement. Charleston at Keenesburg LLC is fully enrolled with the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) as a Medicaid provider.

Residents relying on Medicaid payment are encouraged to review HCBS waiver eligibility requirements with their county case manager.
